Financial Statement
We use funds to cover the cost of refreshments, space rental, educational and promotional materials, and other church-related functions and expenses.
We are not incorporated, and we have not applied to the IRS or any other governmental agency for recognition of tax-exempt status. We do not issue receipts, acknowledgments, or any other instrument for tax purposes, and you should not expect any contribution to be tax deductible. We do not provide tax advice. Please be advised to seek the services of a qualified tax professional to address specific tax-related questions or concerns.
We are not affiliated with or operated by the Blossom Rock Community Association. We are, however, currently structured as a Blossom Rock resident-led club under Blossom Rock Community Life ("BRCL"), which means we are bound by the following rules:
Club Organizer must ensure the Club's mission and activities are not for profit and do not benefit any particular person or business. Funds, such as monthly dues, are allowed to be collected, but are not for the sole benefit or financial gain of the Club Organizer or Club members, including charging of admission fees and (un)solicited donations for time or services. Funds collected are solely allowed for the purposes of: obtaining supplies (i.e. mosaic pieces, glue, yarn, etc.); purchasing equipment (i.e. balls, music, matching uniforms, etc.); educational/training purposes (i.e. hiring a guest speaker, outside instructor, etc.); or to support general Club functions (i.e. food, beverages, prizes, etc.). Any supplies or equipment purchased for the Club's use must be within reason and for an appropriate purpose of the Club's operations. All supplies or equipment purchased with Club funds must be turned over to BRCL upon Club disbandment, or if a Club Organizer resigns from the position and there is no secondary administrator in place to turn over the materials and continue the Club's activities. Equipment/materials/supplies purchased by Clubs ultimately belong to the community and will be made available by BRCL for a future community program/Club use. Financial records must be kept by the Club Organizer at all times and may be reviewed by BRCL at any time. Any mismanagement of funds will be subject to proper repercussions, and may include Club termination and/or repayment of funds to the Club members. If your Club is interested in raising funds for charitable causes, please contact BRCL in advance for guidelines. BRCL assumes no responsibility or liability for any cash collected or any accounting done in connection with Club activities.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The information on this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom Christian Church disclaims all representations, warranties, conditions, and stipulations. All content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
In no event shall Blossom Christian Church, nor its leaders (including its lay pastor), employees, volunteers, members, attendees, or any other person acting on its behalf, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from, including but not limited to: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the website or the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for use of the service, if any — not including any contributions, which, if accepted by us, are gifts and not payment for the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third Party Disclaimers
Blossom Christian Church is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with the authors, publishers, manufacturers, distributors, or any other parties related to any referenced or provided books, resources, products, organizations, ministries, companies, or other materials and entities. Providing or referencing such materials or parties does not constitute or imply endorsement by or of Blossom Christian Church or any third party, nor endorsement of any party's content, views, practices, or products. All materials referenced or provided are solely for informational or church promotional purposes.
We do not control third-party websites, resources, or organizations that we reference or link to, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, practices, or privacy policies. Any link or reference is provided for convenience and information only. If you access a third-party site or engage with a third-party organization, you do so at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms and policies. Any contribution you choose to make to a third-party organization is a transaction between you and that organization, and we are not a party to it.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blossom Christian Church and its leaders (including its lay pastor), employees, volunteers, members, attendees, and any other person acting on its behalf, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from, including but not limited to: (a) your use of and access to the service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
General Provisions
Governing Law and Venue. These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blossom Christian Church regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the service.
Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction — for example, if the church dissolves, reorganizes, or transfers its activities to another organization. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Blossom Christian Church.
